Wine: Riesling
by Stephanie Williams

HOME
Moores Hill Riesling 2025 ($35)
A lovely and lively Tamar Valley riesling with blossomy, crunchy green apple and a clean mineral edge. Bright, dry and summery, it’s a beautifully balanced Tasmanian white that quietly over-delivers.

Rieslingfreak No.34 ($24)
With possibly the most fun name, Rieslingfreak is the product of winemaker John Hughes’ obsession with riesling. A blend of Clare Valley’s floral aromatics with the acidity of Eden Valley, it’s a lovely, light-bodied riesling, great for summer drinking.
