Locally owned and utilising rare traditional brewing techniques, The Albert Brewery is a worthy visit for beer fans. But you don’t have to organise a babysitter for this one; their Taproom (open Thursday to Sunday) is family friendly with a basketball machine, arcade, and good food to keep kids entertained. From October 2025, a beer garden with short mat bowls, kids’ outdoor area, and firepits add to the easygoing setting.
