Named Chef of the Year in the 2024 Good Food Guide and recognised as a World’s 50 Next Pioneer, Jo Barrett is one of Australia’s most compelling culinary voices. Set on the open-air terrace of Homestead at Piermont, this one-night event brings together open flame cooking, seasonal produce and the wild beauty of Tasmania’s East Coast. Gather by the fireside as Jo prepares a four-course menu inspired by Tasmania’s winter bounty.
